You're about to give something access to your menus, your ad budget and your reputation. These are the questions that separate a real operator from a good demo — ask them of us, and of everyone else.
A wall of logos tells you nothing. Talabat and Careem do not hand out write access freely, so anyone showing those logos is either a partner, working through middleware, or reading reports. Make them say which.
It's published on our site and in our FAQ, platform by platform. Fourteen it changes directly. Five it reads and advises on. We won't blur that line, because you'll find out in week one anyway.
Published, not promised"We integrate with all major platforms." Ask again, naming one platform, and ask for a live demonstration of a menu change on it. Vagueness here becomes a surprise in month two.
An agent that can move ad budget can also waste it at 3am while you sleep. There should be a specific number, set by you, that it cannot cross.
Three modes you choose during setup, and a daily limit in dirhams that overrides all of them. Every restaurant starts on "ask me about everything" — you loosen it when it's earned, not before.
See it in the setup, before you pay"It's fully autonomous" presented as a feature with no limit attached. Autonomy without a ceiling is not sophistication — it's an unbounded liability on your card.
Not a logo. Not a quote. A restaurant owner in this city who will pick up the phone and tell you what actually happened in month three.
We're in pilot, and we say so on every page. We don't have a wall of testimonials yet, and we won't publish numbers until they're ours to publish. When our pilots will speak to you, we'll introduce you to them directly.
Honest about where we areNamed restaurants with impressive percentages. Ask for an introduction to one. A company with genuinely happy customers makes that call gladly — it's their best sales tool. Hesitation tells you something.
The single best test of judgment. An AI that cheerfully drafts a public apology to a food-poisoning claim has just written something that can be read as an admission.
It stops. No public reply, not even a draft. It messages you at whatever hour it happens, tells you to hold the remaining stock rather than throw it away, and to check your notification obligations. Some things need a person.
Written into the product, not the sales pitchAny answer that begins with what it would write. Ask them to demonstrate it live with a test review. What a tool refuses to do tells you more than what it can do.
Slides are cheap. Ask them to connect something in front of you and find a problem you didn't tell them about.
Set it up yourself, in ten minutes, free for two weeks. No call required and no card. If you'd rather we did it with you, someone answers at any hour — including 9pm on a Thursday.
Try it before you speak to anyone"Book a demo" as the only way in. A product confident in itself lets you touch it. A long qualification call before you see anything usually means the product isn't ready to be seen.
No claims here you have to take on faith. Open the sites, open the products, and check.
We've deliberately left the last row honest. We're newer than the alternatives and we'd rather you knew that from us than found it out later. Everything else on this page you can check in under ten minutes.
