Terms of service
Last updated 24 July 2026
The short version. Sufra acts on your restaurant's accounts only within the limits you set. You stay in control and can change those limits or cancel at any time. We charge monthly per location, and there is no long contract.
1. Agreement
These terms are between you (the business subscribing to Sufra) and UBU LLC, a company registered at Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. By using Sufra you accept them.
UBU LLC operates the Sufra software platform and processes payments. Charges may therefore appear on your statement under that name.
2. What Sufra does
Sufra connects to the platforms you authorise, monitors them, reports to you on WhatsApp, and takes actions on your behalf within the permissions you configure. The specific platforms it can change, as opposed to only read, are listed on our website and may change over time as integrations become available.
3. Your authority and your limits
- You confirm you are authorised to connect the accounts you connect.
- You set the autonomy level and the daily spend limit. Sufra will not exceed them.
- Every action is logged in your conversation and can be reversed.
- Actions Sufra takes within the limits you set are taken on your instruction.
4. What you are responsible for
- The accuracy of the information you give us and of your menus, prices and stock.
- Complying with the terms of the platforms you connect and with the law where you operate.
- Reviewing the actions Sufra reports, and telling us promptly if something looks wrong.
5. Fees
Sufra is charged monthly per location at the price shown on our website at the time you subscribe. Fees are exclusive of VAT. We will give at least 30 days' notice before any price change. Pilots are free for the agreed period and convert to a paid subscription only if you choose to continue.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month. On cancellation, Sufra stops accessing your platforms immediately and your data is deleted in line with our privacy policy.
7. Availability
We work to keep Sufra running continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Connected platforms may change or restrict their interfaces, which can affect what Sufra can do. We will tell you when a capability changes.
8. Limits of liability
Sufra assists with the operation of your business; it does not replace your judgment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Intellectual property
We own Sufra and everything in it. You own your business data. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service for you.
10. Confidentiality
We keep your business information confidential and will not disclose it except as described in our privacy policy or as required by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will give notice by email or WhatsApp before it takes effect.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
